Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement By renting a toy box from Edtoys, you understand that the toys remain the property of Edtoys. You are paying for the right to use them for a period of 30 days.

2. Rental Period & Swaps Your rental period begins on the day of delivery. You are entitled to keep the box for 30 days. You may request 1 Free Swap during your active subscription month.

3. Care & Usage We expect our little customers to play! Normal wear and tear (scratches, small dents, peeling stickers) is completely acceptable and FREE. However, intentional damage (drawing on toys with permanent marker, breaking main structural parts) or loss of major components will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

4. Hygiene Policy We promise to deliver 100% UV-Sterilized and sanitized toys. In return, we ask that you wipe down toys before returning them to help us keep the community safe.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
