Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, or peeling stickers are completely Free.
Small Parts: If a small, easily replaceable piece goes missing (like a generic building block or counter), we won't charge you!
Major Damage: Only for lost main units or irreparable damage do we deduct a small repair fee from the deposit.
Absolutely. Every toy goes through a 3-step cleaning process: Antibacterial wipe, steam cleaning, and UV-Sterilization before it is sealed in your delivery bag. It is safer than buying new!
We keep it simple! There are no lock-in contracts. If you want to stop renting, just inform us on WhatsApp 3 days before your renewal date. We will pick up the box, check the toys, and refund your full security deposit within 24 hours.
