Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Here are some common questions about our company.

1. Cancellation Policy (Before Delivery) If you book a box and cancel before we have dispatched the delivery rider, you will receive a 100% Full Refund immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy (After Delivery) If you receive the box and decide it's not the right fit, you may return it within 48 hours. We will refund your Full Rental Fee + Security Deposit. Note: A nominal logistics fee (₹100) will be deducted to cover the rider's fuel cost.

3. Security Deposit Refunds Once you stop your subscription and return the final box, your full Security Deposit will be refunded to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 24 hours of our quality check.
